1.4. Marketplace Role: Prime Ticket operates as a secondary ticket marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers. We are not the organizer of the events or the issuer of the tickets unless explicitly stated on the relevant event page. Ticket prices may be higher than the original face value, depending on supply and demand. This will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.
1.5. Information Updates: Event dates, times, venues, and prices are subject to updates by third parties. While we use reasonable efforts to publish accurate information, it is your responsibility to verify event details prior to purchase and attendance.

2. Accounts and Communications
2.1. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and update it when necessary.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

3. Purchases on the Site
3.1. Placing Orders: By completing a purchase, you submit your order for confirmation and processing. Once confirmed and tickets are available, your order becomes binding and non-cancellable, except as provided under the cancellation/refund policies below.
3.2. Prices and Fees: The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time prior to placing the order. In the secondary market, ticket prices may exceed face value. Any applicable taxes or fees (including VAT) will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
3.3. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through licensed third-party providers; Prime Ticket does not store your card details.
3.4. Delivery of Tickets: Tickets may be delivered electronically (e-tickets, digital transfers) or physically (hotel delivery, pick-up). You must provide accurate details and confirm receipt within the specified timeframe. Prime Ticket reserves the right to change the delivery method (with prior notice) if necessary, without this being considered a breach of contract.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Postponements
4.1. All confirmed orders are final and non-cancellable by the buyer.
4.2. In case of event cancellation or postponement by the organizer, the applicable refund or exchange policy announced on the event page will apply. Refunds, credits, or alternatives depend on the organizer’s terms and the nature of the secondary market transaction.
4.3. If Prime Ticket or the seller fails to deliver valid tickets, liability is limited to providing a substitute of equal or better value, or a refund of the ticket price paid.
4.4. Prime Ticket is not responsible for denied entry or failed delivery caused by inaccurate customer information, absence at the delivery location, hotel/reception errors, late arrival, or violations of venue policies.

5. Limitations of Liability
5.1. Attendance at events is at your own risk. Prime Ticket shall not be held liable for damages incurred while traveling to/from or attending an event.
5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Ticket, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
5.3. In all cases, Prime Ticket’s liability shall be strictly limited to the remedies outlined in these Terms.
5.4. Force Majeure: Prime Ticket shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, civil unrest, government decisions, terrorism, or natural disasters.

6. Sellers’ Obligations (when selling on the Platform)
6.1. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the tickets (event, date, category, restrictions, delivery method).
6.2. Sellers agree to pay the service commission published by Prime Ticket for each completed transaction.
6.3. In cases of delayed delivery, invalid tickets, or failure to complete the order, Prime Ticket may impose penalties, deduct costs, and suspend or close the seller’s account.
6.4. Repeated non-compliance may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending balances.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Site are owned by or licensed to Prime Ticket. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Language: In case of any inconsistency between versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
