How much is the commission and when is it deducted?
An agreed percentage of face value per sold ticket, deducted automatically with every paid order. Buyers pay face value only, and you see commission and net in real time on your dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Request a payout from your dashboard any time after the event. We transfer the net amount to your organization IBAN within business days, with a PDF statement per event.
Can I sell through other channels at the same time?
Yes. You decide how many tickets to issue through Prime Ticket and we only sell those. Every ticket carries a unique QR code scanned once at the gate.
How does the gate work?
Your staff scan the QR code with a phone camera from the scanner page and check-in is confirmed instantly. Scanning works offline and syncs when back online, with live counts of admitted vs sold.
Is registration free?
Yes. Registration, verification and ticket issuing are free. We only earn from tickets actually sold.
What do I need to register?
A valid commercial registration covering event organizing and a bank IBAN certificate in the organization name. Verification within one business day.
