The idea is simple: you buy a ticket, and points are added to your account based on the order value. Next time you buy, you switch on "Use your points balance" at checkout and the amount you pay goes down. Points are a real balance deducted from the order value, not vouchers with complicated conditions.

How you earn loyalty points

• Buying tickets: every riyal you pay on any order earns points, and this is the main source. The higher the order value, the more points.
• Creating an account: welcome points are added to your balance as soon as you register.
• Inviting friends: share the referral code from your rewards page. When a friend registers with your code and completes a first paid order that meets the minimum, you both receive the referral points.

Why are some loyalty points pending?

Purchase points stay pending until the event has ended, then activate automatically and move into your available balance. The reason is that the platform holds the order amount until the buyer attends the event, the same rule behind the Prime Ticket guarantee. If an order is cancelled or refunded before the event, its points are cancelled and appear in the history as "reversed". Welcome, referral and survey points go straight into your available balance.

How to use loyalty points when buying tickets

1. Choose your ticket or category on the event page and go to checkout.
2. Switch on "Use your points balance". You immediately see how many points will be used and how much will be deducted.
3. Complete payment the way you prefer: mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, or in instalments through Tabby or Tamara. The discount is the same with every payment method.
4. Once payment completes, the points are deducted from your balance and the transaction appears in your points history as "used".

There is a minimum number of points per redemption and a maximum points discount per order. Both are shown at checkout before you confirm, and the rest of your balance stays for your next order. If you do not complete payment within the hold period, the points return to your balance automatically and you lose nothing.

Can points be combined with a discount code?

Yes. If you have a discount code from an affiliate or a platform campaign, enter it at checkout and switch on points as well. Both discounts apply to the same order. Enter the code first, because the points discount is calculated on the amount after the code.
